Delivery Methods

For the delivery of the purchased Product, the Customer can choose his/her residence or domicile, his/her workplace, or the private address of a natural person of his/her choice, whose residence or domicile is within the territory of the European Union and outside the European Union, excluding Black List countries.

The delivery of the products is carried out to the address indicated by the Customer only after the regular registration of the payment of the relevant order.

In the event that, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package presents imperfections, the Customer must proceed to open the package itself in the presence of the carrier, to verify the condition of the product contained therein.

For security reasons, deliveries to PO boxes will not be made and your order will not be processed.
For each order placed on the Site, Stella srl is not obliged to issue an invoice, unless it is expressly requested by the customer at the time of the transaction, as provided for by art. 22, paragraph 1, no. 1 of Presidential Decree no. 633/1972. No changes to the receipt will be possible after its issuance.

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are clearly highlighted in the order form. They may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination of the Products.
All purchases will be delivered by courier.

SHIPPING RULES

Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays, within 5/7 working days following confirmation and payment of the order.

If Stella srl is unable to deliver the ordered goods due to the subsequent unavailability, even temporary, of the Products, it will promptly notify the Customer via email, and in any case the delivery will be made within a period of time ranging from 3 (three) to 30 (thirty) days.

Stella srl is not responsible for unforeseeable delays , it being understood that, except in cases of force majeure, the Products will in any case be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days starting from the day following the day on which the Customer sent the order to Stella srl.

In case of withdrawal, the amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the purchase order.

For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or his representative at the recipient's address indicated in the order is required. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:
(i) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document;
(ii) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials.

Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the lack of correspondence in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested, by placing a written control reservation on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

Shipping number

Stella srl will send the Customer a confirmation email once the Products have been shipped.
In order to guarantee the safety of the delivery of the Product. Stella srl will keep the shipping number of each delivery made

SHIPPING COSTS
For purchases with delivery within Italy, shipping is free for orders over €50.

For purchases with delivery abroad, the shipping cost estimate is provided after entering the shipping address:

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, customs charges will be borne by the recipient and will be added to the shipping costs.
