Right of withdrawal

In the event that the Product is damaged/defective, the Customer is required to detail in writing to shop@ruedesmille.com within 24 hours, all damages detected.

Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the lack of correspondence in the number of packages or indications caused during transport by transport companies, must be immediately contested, by placing a written control reservation on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

Stella srl will replace any defective Product free of charge.

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the order, he/she can return the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, in line with the provisions of Article 64 of the Consumer Code.

Stella srl will refund the full cost of the Products that are returned by the Customer unused and undamaged.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the Customer and in no case by the recipient of any gift.

Acceptance of returns may only occur following authorization by Stella srl itself.

RETURNS NOT ALLOWED:
- items offered at a discount
- personalized items or items made to order by the customer

The Customer can independently choose the courier with which to ship. The risks related to the return and shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

The refund will be made to the current account corresponding to the credit card used for payment. Alternatively, if the purchase was paid by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the customer's current account.

Stella srl tries to present and allow the visibility of the Products and colors on the site in the most truthful and accurate way possible. The display of the colors of the products depends on the user's monitor and Stella srl cannot guarantee that the Customer's monitor portrays the colors of the products in a perfectly faithful way.

Stella srl will not be liable towards the Customer in any way as a result of:

- damage or loss caused by the products (or their use by the Customer)

- damages that have not been caused by non-fulfilment by Stella srl;

- loss of business or business opportunities.
