Stella Ltd. -13 Piazza Garibaldi- 55015- Montecarlo (LU) commercializes its products marked by Rue des Mille Brand.
The use of sale abroad detailed in the present sale conditions is exclusively reserved to final Consumers (consequently Customers) who act on their own behalf and who live in the European Union and extra except for black-listed countries.
General sale conditions
The present sale conditions are applicable to all products bought through website Ruedesmille.it and on delivery all over the European Union and outside except for Black-listed countries.
Customers must be informed of these conditions before fulfilling the purchase procedure of products through our website.
Therefore customers are obliged to observe these conditions and moreover take note that Stella Ltd is not bound to conditions different from present ones unless previously agreed in writing.
The present general sale conditions are to be considered applicable until they are accessible on our internet website.
Purchase terms
Products present on our shop can be bought by people over 18 while stocks last.
Orders are made directly after the fulfilment of an order procedure and following check-out.
Stella Ltd reserve the right to accept received orders and inform their customers about the impossibility to accept orders.
As per article 53 of Consumers' Code, customers will receive at the time of fulfilment of an order, written confirmation of products, of paid amounts with details of the prices of products and shipping expenses to be paid by them. After the fulfilment of an order, consumers will receive an e-mail with usernames and passwords to be used for future orders.
After e-mail of confirmation of an order, delivery times will depend on the kind of purchase. In this particular case shipment times can change from 5 to 10 working days, to 30 for customized products. Furthermore orders can get delays in shipment and delivery in case of holidays according to different calendars of countries.
Fulfilments of transactions by Stella Ltd can be suspended in accidental case or acts of God which may prevent or delay their carrying out. Stella Ltd commits itself to inform their customers about the accidental case or acts of God within ten days from time of occurrence.
In case the suspension of the transaction should be longer than 15 days, customers will be allowed to cancel their orders and prepaid amounts will be refunded.
Prices of products
Prices of products include all taxes and levies, except for forwarding and customs expenses.
For Stella Ltd, official currency is euro. In countries which are not in the euro area the exchange rate depends on customers' credit card operators.
